So, anything to avoid agreeing that a software fix would be nice, right? I mean, pretty easy fix, if I had access to the software. But whatever, I'll be just fine, without this dumb impractical idea.Get a wheel chock with an eyelet, attach nylon rope (15/25 feet should do). Set the chock on the ramp where your wheels would straddle it, back up to your stopping point while holding the rope with the window down, then pull the chock until it's under your driver side wheel. Should be able to see it out the window (door open is more risk, of course).
Give that a try ?
