we had our 1st snow so I took my truck out today to test the AT tires. Went into an empty parking lot and surprised how well it handled. Only concern is when I slammed the brakes and the antilock brakes kicked in, it made an odd tapping noise. Don’t know if this is normal for this vehicle. No issues on the plowed roads.

The Cybertruck may very well have the biggest, heaviest duty brakes on any vehicle you have driven in the snow. That's just normal anti-lock brake pulsing.

Is there a problem?

Over video it's hard to tell, but it just sounds like abs pulsing to me, given the context. I'd have to be there.

Edit: just noticed @HaulingAss already answered this. Well, I agree with him ?. As long as you're not hearing what sounds like abs when you wouldn't expect a lot of abs pulsing, you're good.
