Campground charging in rain?

I have an Airstream with 600ah (7.2kw) lithium battery installed. In the past with a non-CT tow vehicle at campground, I just plug in the Airstream to the 50amp plug from arrival until departure, to charge the battery and use AC/microwave, etc.
With CT, I imagine the logistic would be: campground 50amp plug via mobile connector to CT, then CT via 50amp plug in bed to Airstream. However, that requires tailgate or a bit of the tonneau cover to be left open. If it is raining:

1. How do I keep charging CT with the mobile connector? The manual said not to use it when exposed to severe rain.
2. How do I keep Airstream charged without getting water in the bed?

Cybertruck outlets do not currently work when the vehicle is connected to AC for charging, even if it is not actively charging.

As mongo said, you cannot use the outlets currently when the Cybertruck is connected to AC charging source. You could always invest in a NEMA 14-50 splitter and possibly some version of a waterproof connection box. We have those waterproof connection boxes at all our parents houses were we have have to charge outside, they work amazing. That version may not be large enough for a NEMA 14-50 connection but there are many version out there to pick from.

If you did this you could always just set your Cybertruck to change a lower amp so you don’t run the risk of overloading the single NEMA 14-50 connection at the campsite. We plan to purchase a Basecamp and will likely do something like this for our solution.

You can use the Mobile Connector in heavy rain, just make sure it's not laying in standing water.

Some campgrounds have 30 amp and 50 amp outlets that can be used simultaneously, otherwise you will have to time share the one outlet, use an outlet at another pedestal to charge the truck (get permission from your host) , or show up with enough charge to get back to the Supercharger. If you are going to be there a few days you could also plug your Mobile Connector into one of the outdoor 120V outlets on your trailer and just charge at 12 amps.
