Cannot engage FSD, something looks off on top glass

no strike outs. Usage 97% of the time. Today all of a sudden I can’t turn it on. Reset the truck etc.

Called Tesla, they say my front camera is dirty though visually it looks clean.
I did noticed this area seems partially blocked. Could that be killing FSD? What is it. Hard to tell in pic but I circled.

I believe that's the luminosity sensor.
