Here's my review of the central console fridge. I waited for it for about a month, but I finally got it. I love this fridge: it looks good, has a lot of space inside, and is easy to use.

For those who don't want to watch, here's the TLDR:
Delivery, unboxing, installation, some goofy fun stuff as usual, it gets cold in about 1.5 hours, fits about 20 soda cans, USB-C is great.

Besides using it as a food refrigerator for road trips, I might use it as a compartment because it is relatively big and spacious.

I mentioned it in the beginning of the video to avoid any confusion, I got it for the review from Tesstudio

I bought mine through Amazon which was cheaper than from their site, and well because it would be easier to return if there was a problem.

That said, love mine 1800 miles of roadtrip later it has been great. My only complaint is the CT turns off the outlets when the truck is plugged into level 2 charger (eg at home), which is annoying.

That’s what I was wondering. My outlets turn off when plugged in at home, so I’m not sure of the viability of one of these. Also haven’t watched the video yet, so he might address that if there’s a workaround.

The fridge actually runs at 12V via converter (rectifier), I have considered using a step down converter and just wiring it to the 48 volt system. Other then finding a route from the 48 volt accessory wire in the front into the cabin it would be rather easy to do.

It's actually interesting, now I’m thinking of plugging it into a small external battery (~250wh), then plugging that battery into the truck’s 110 V outlet. It could probably run the fridge for a day/night and recharge fairly quickly while I’m driving in the morning. The downside is that if I stop driving for ... say a week, the external battery will run out. The upside is that it won’t draw any power from the truck’s main battery when the truck’s off but the fridge will stay on. It’s all theoretical for now, I’ll need to test it, I have a powerbank of this size I'm not using right now
