From 32/32A to 16/16.
That's an indication that the vehicle max rate was rolled down or that the adapter is not plugged in well. I don't know if the moble adapter will impact it this way.

But the way that the number is read is that the first is the max charge presented by the EVSE (charging cord) and the second is the current number that the vehicle is pulling.

The fact that the first number is down is saying that something outside the vehicle dropped the charge current. It's setting in the wall chargers, it's resistors in the adapter for the mobile adapter.

Other way around, first number (numerator) is vehicle draw, second number (denominator) is the max the EVSE can source.
So 16/32 is a 32A EVSE and vehicle is drawing 16A.
