You gave me hope by posting this!! Let me just say that Friday night at the Tesla service center is no joke. Note to self: Do not schedule delivery for a Friday. It's been 11 days since I got my VIN (10xxx) and I hadn't heard anything about delivery. I tried the phone number on the App and it kept disconnecting me after the automated message 'we know who you are by your phone number and there are no delivery updates') Well, I went to local service center and asked and they looked it up and MY CT is in Chicago (I'm in Columbus)!! Woo hoo! So maybe another week or so they guessed... It was a relief to get confirmation that I could pay by cashier's check on day of delivery too.

Same here. Stopped in today at SC and they said mine is in Chicago also.

However, really hoping for a Fri delivery next week for the holiday weekend. It's the only day I'm free to take delivery without having to try to shuffle around.

Any of you folks with a VIN assigned by chance CyberBeast Chicago area orders? I am a RN11279xxxx order but have no VIN assigned as of yet.

One of those is my Beast, 9790. My reservation number was 1127452## and my order date was 12/19.

This is the most amazing vehicle I have ever owned! I am having a hard time describing it, that is how good it is. Most people in IL do not even know what it is. I will do a full post/writeup when I get to drive it more. There were about 10 Cybertrucks delivered with mine on Monday at the Naperville location. I was the crazy one with the TesBros checklist Took me 30 mins to go over everything. I noticed the tonneau seal across the top was a little loose and then it actually fell off after I opened the cover again. They took it right into service and fixed it. Everything else looked perfect. One big takeaway so far as that pictures and videos do not do this thing justice. It is way bigger and more intimidating in person.

Well it’s May 21st and I’m certainly one of the first CT Beast orders in Chicagoland area and still no VIN. I did switch to stealth interior so I’m sure that will delay it a few more months.
