I didn’t. It’s hidden under the front edge of the raised part of the dashboard (suede part of the cyberbeast dash) and then it traverses a very short distance straight forward to under the Starlink unhidden.
I chose a black rather than grey Starlink mini cable.
Very hard to see from either seat unless you’re actively looking for it.
If it really bothers you you could turn the mini 180 deg and tuck the cable run where the glass meets the dash. It looks great that way too. My cable just happened to not be quite long enough for that and reaching all the way to my frunk auxbeam switch without tension. Still recommend a black cable

What is your Starlink mounted on? It's clean I like it. And what are you doing about the glare of the white on the windshield?

The mount is fairly unique in that it can be used to either hang from something or attach to the top of something depending on how it’s assembled.
Mine is on the 4 magnetic feet.
The back two are on the speaker grill near the windshield which turns out is ferrous. It does not budge. The front legs are on there so the whole thing is nice and level and so if I want to move it outside the car it can be stuck anywhere.
The white was the only thing I hated about it then I accidentally put a black folder on it one day and noticed it vanished from the windshield so I ordered some flat black wrap and redecorated.

What kind of speed do you get in your CT with the mini mounted like this? What year is your CT? I just got a 2026 model CT and brand new SL mini and when I mount it anywhere on the underside of the roof glass the Mini loses connection with the SL sats. It works if I place the Mini on the dash and it's "looking" out through the windshield, but under the roof glass it loses the connection. My CT has factory glass...no additional tint.

My CT is the 2024 FS.

So points to note:
1) Your 2026 CT model most likely has the new roof lamination / "tinting" which Tesla introduced when they released the Juniper Model Y. There was an article that once Model Y got this new glass roof with better heat shielding, the new CT models followed suit. This may be the result of degraded SL performance.

2) With my SL + 5G Cellular connectivity I get 230 Mbps or 50-75 Mbps (Download) respectively - In motion.
20-50 Mbps or 35-55 Mbps (Upload) respectively - In motion.
15-35 ms or 35-75 ms (Ping) respectively - In Motion
With the GL.iNet GL-X3000 as my router to handle failover - SL in "Bridge Mode".

3) Dash or Exterior (Roof Rack) mount might be the only option for you if glass roof coating does apply to you.
I believe I saw one uniquely talented individual who devised a mechanism where when the tonneau cover was retracted, his SL would automatically "pop-up" - pretty smart stuff.

Yes, my 3/25 CT has the new roof glass. I had contracted to add tint when my wrap guy did the PPF and windows, but he recommended not doing the roof due to the change - no longer required.
