They've moved Littleton, CO Cybertruck to the Park Meadows Mall where you have full access to the truck. They don't let you raise/lower the suspension, and they've disabled a couple other software things, but otherwise full access.

Two takeaways:
- I'm 6'4" and there were concerns the rear seat wouldn't have enough head room and I had plenty of room. Plenty of legroom in the back as well.
- There is a big difference in steering wheel size compared to 2023 Model S/X. I was surprised at how small the steering wheel is. The overlay seems preposterous, but it's the best I could do, and I think I'm being generous. Notice how much of my hand covers the CT steering wheel (thumb all the way over the horn).

Love the truck, can't wait.

You can’t raise and lower the truck unless…. all the employees are busy! I went there twice, once on a quiet Thursday and once this last Saturday. On Thursday they coached everyone getting in the truck on not honking the horn and messing with the suspension. On Saturday there was more people there and the employees had their hands full with other people looking at the truck and other model Teslas. So people would get in the truck and of course raise/lower the suspension and open the frunk.

People in the cab opening the frunk from the screen kept bonking people outside opening the frunk with the button. Pure danger.
Thank god they weren't holding hot dogs or carrots ?

Portland Oregon store they won’t let you touch anything. You can sit in it. That’s it.

Thanks for posting these photos. This is something I don’t personally get about the design decision. I already feel like in comparison to my MS the M3 steering wheel feels unnecessarily small and flimsy and I feel like it was a mistake. But maybe only a minority of people like beefy thick large steering wheels or something? I would think (perhaps incorrectly?) that truck drivers would prefer a larger squircle with a thicker diameter to the wheel itself in terms of feel in the hand.

I’m hoping someone comes along and makes a 3rd party larger, thicker steering wheel. I know this is sounding like i’m possibly describing something else but let’s put innuendos aside and focus on steering wheels here ?.

Is anyone else gonna’ be first in line for the company that makes a replacement steering wheel that feels less flimsy in hand? Or is that just me?

Thoughts?

Sounds like the size is a direct result from the steer by wire. A larger wheel might make the actual turn required to get to lock feel even smaller.

im totally guessing though .
