Looks like this person had similar issues but actually got addressed properly including the door being flush and the roof pillar/door bump ?

When we bought our first two Model 3s 6 years ago we dealt with the Bellevue, WA service center. They were great (but we had very little need to deal with them as our cars were both great). Now we have 3 model 3s and at some point Tesla quietly opened the Lynwood Service Center which is closer to us so we have used it exclusively (but again, haven't needed much). They have been awesome every time we did have an occasion to use them.

In my 60 years I've never known a regular dealership or service shop to be so professional, answer my questions so knowledgably and charge so little (I have spent very little actual dollars there even though we have 3 six-year-old Model 3s). They hardly ever need anything, but we do buy new tires there and get them installed.

Personally, I think about half of the really bad experiences you read about are faked to try to dissuade people from trying out Tesla ownership. I mean, auto dealerships are notoriously bad, they are just after your money. My experiences with Tesla Service Centers is 180 degrees opposite.
I would be with Lynwood service center , good to know they are awesome.

Has anyone got their bed divider issue fixed? It won’t sit flush with the bed and therefore pins won’t lock to the rail. Last I was told it was a known issue and we will let you know. I feel like it might never get addressed especially if newer vehicles don’t have this issue

Nope. Mine only fits in the first third of the bed. There isn't one other position the rest of the way back that it fits. The bed floor and L track are too close together past the under bed storage.

Mine is the same. It blocks the sub trunk in that position so is really annoying. I actually have it sitting right up against the back window at the moment as it seems to also fit there.

I have an appointment on the 29th for a few issues, one of them being the bed divider not latching in place in the middle third of the bed. We'll see if it gets fixed of if I'm told they'll let me know when there is a solution. :/

Is your truck a relatively new build?

Mine seems to fit good everywhere in the bed. Tried about 10 different spots, including spots others had issues with. I received the divider about 2 weeks ago, my VIN is a late Feb VIN (1900 range).

I’m in the early 1400s. Hopefully they have a fix

I've had pretty solid experiences with Bellevue and Lynwood SC. I had one visit at SoDo for my X windshield replacement that was also a very smooth visit. I wonder who will do CT windshields as that's gonna require some pretty specialized equipment to lift and move it. I learned for the X only SoDo can replace those.
