CT AWD dashboard trim damaged by gorilla glue. How to remove?

Hi

my kid accidentally spilled gorilla glue on the dashboard and i am trying to remove it using soap water, nail polish remover etc etc but nothing has worked.
Does anyone knows cost of replacing the dash ? Does the entire dashboard needs to be replaced or just the plastic trim ? Photo attached

Mine came with some factory glue on it. After four service appointments they replaced the entire piece

Gorilla Glue is urethane-based. It will swell and soften in a number of solvents like acetone and MEK, but it will not dissolve even after hours of exposure.

If you need to dissolve the glue, the trick is to find something that will dissolve the glue without permanent damage to whatever is glued. Apparently, the preferred solvent mixtures that can actually dissolve urethane are from a company called Dynalloy. The product line is called Dynasolve. There are several choices based on the material the glue is on. They can offer you additional guidance
