Trail Rash / Trail Stripes - How to Remove?

Had a great time going off roading today. Some trail rash on the stainless steel. very fine scratches similar to a car with paint. Any tips to remove them would be appreciated. If nothing can be done it’s a badge of honor.

bar keepers friend and a buffer. Not the high speed buffer, a small 6" bonnet dual action. then wash it or use spray away. it will be like new.

Since it's a sanded finish, does a buffer work? I have them from washing it?
