Good day,

I have run into some issues and am requesting assistance of all you fine folks.

The CT will not charge. The charging port will show blue when plugged in but will not turn green. Screen and app say charging stopped. All the types of charging i have tried have yet to yield a single bit of charge.

Troubleshooting i have tried so far.

Used known good charger. No luck
Used supercharger. Nope.
Did the screen reset and tesla restart. To no avail.

I am taking it to the service center tomorrow if i am unable to resolve it.

If anyone has seen this issue, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have scheduled charging on? Did you try to “start charging” button in the app or on-screen or are you just plugging in the connector and waiting for it to start?

Blue indicates the plug is in and no issue. Red would indicate an issue.

edit://. Yeah, just saw you tried supercharging. Disregard everything I said and schedule a service appointment.

Mine was charging to half of the capacity and took it in for service, and there was a false trigger of the pyro fuse (Idk what this is) needing to be replaced. It was a false trigger. The charge to full capacity returned. I reset the CT and turned it on and off the car in hopes of 'refreshing' by itself, but it didn't at home, but it did 'refresh' at the dealer.

I have seen this same issue - I believe the App updated and forced 'Schedule charging'...which defaulted to 7am depart time.
Plugging in the charger - truck icon turns blue - then does nothing - shows the option to 'Start Charging'

Previous in the app - plugging in the charger would initiate charging immediately.

IMO: This is a problem, defect, flaw.

Updates should not change these kind of behaviors.

If I plug in the charger - start charging.
If I press the door unlock - unlock the door
If I put the vehicle in drive - Set the vehicle in Drive

And then don't change it !...

My issue is I notice it is not charging - but my wife my not - plugging the charger *voila!" it will be ready to go in 2 hours - now is questionable.

It will be associated with unreliability and inconsistent operation.... a bad idea all around.
