Has anyone actually gotten them shipped to them or delivered AFTER delivery or are they just coming with new deliveries so far? Personally, I hit Wes up every day I see him post about something else, along with the official CT twitter account asking for any update. Never get one, haha.

is it easy to add air in the tires or you have to remove the covers? Seem like a hassle to add air if you have to remove and reinstall the covers?
At least with the all-season tires and covers, there is no way to add air while the aero covers are in place. The issue is you cannot get the valve cover off.

I literally just removed all four of mine ten minutes ago (with a pair of gloves since the edges where you need to place your fingers are somewhat sharp) to bring my tires up to 50 psi. I took delivery last Wednesday, and my tire pressure was at 47 psi all the way around. I just got around to getting this done.

When putting the covers back on, line up the prongs on the inside of the cover closest to the 12 o'clock position, bang with the bottom of your fist precisely over where the prongs protrude on the reverse side, then move to the 1 o'clock position or thereabouts and repeat around the cover. Then, go back and bang them again, as prior positions can dislodge a bit based on my experience today. The last thing you want to do is lose one of these covers while driving.

I did what I call the "idiot check" and walked around the truck once to ensure none were loose or uneven. If I didn't do this, I would probably find myself ordering a replacement. What do they cost? I have no idea, but they can't be cheap.

When you remove them, any particular place to start?
I got a pair of gloves and started by pulling the 11 o'clock slot and the 1 o'clock slot in one firm pull while seated with my legs under the truck; so much of my body weight provided the inertia to get it done in one pull. Keep in mind that I only pulled hard enough to dislodge the two clips opposite where I was pulling.

Next, I went to the 2 or 3 o'clock position, pulled that clip, and then continued all the way around. By the time you get to 6 o'clock, the whole thing comes off. They are fairly lightweight, too, and are probably fiberglass-reinforced plastic, too.

The "aero" covers scratched the rims on my MY. I've seen a lot of people complain about that. They were never removed except when I changed tires, but there were very obviously and some rather deep scratches in the rim.

Just be aware, if you use these...you will likely keep them on or have scratches.
MY? Did you mean CT? I just removed them from my CT for the first time, and I have scratches for sure. I plan to use the aero covers on my CT 100% of the time, so it doesn't bother me.

No. I meant Model Y, but Model 3, S, and X owners have been reporting the same for years.

There's not enough out there for the Cybertruck to get great datapoints (until you posted that you have scratches).

It was just a warning that they scratch the rims.

If he told you, he probably would have to kill you.

:sneaky:
All kidding aside, I actually bought them from someone on this forum. They came with his new CT and he had no desire for them so I expressed interest and he made me an offer to buy them.

I had been doing the same thing... I figured if we put the pressure on maybe it would help.

Video review below.

These things are a bitch. Despite watching the Tesla video and other videos, I still managed to scratch my wheels and broke 2 clips off the covers while installing them.

Updated with installation video:
