I was told I dont qualify for the install credit because it was discontinued on June 22rd 2024, I picked my CT up on June 23rd. I spoke to everyone I could possibly reach out to and they all confirmed it. Please let me know how this turns out for you.
The cut off was based on order date (May 22nd).

My Beast pick-up was in late June as well and I received an email from Tesla on July 25th that read in relevant part as follows:

Just looked up the email from qmerit. I think it had to do with the date the deal was final not the pick up date.

Here is the email from qmerit

Good morning Barron,

I am following up on your recent inquiry regarding eligibility for the Cyberbeast Installation credit of up to $4000. We have received confirmation from Tesla that you are not eligible for the installation credit, as your vehicle was purchased after the eligibility cutoff date (5/22/2024). I apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this has caused. However, if you are still interested in a Powershare installation through Qmerit, we would love the opportunity to perform your installation at the quoted price. If you are no longer interested in proceeding at the price provided by your Qmerit contractor, please let me know and I will close your project. Please contact our Customer Service team if you have any further questions or concerns.

Thank you,
Qmerit Team

Hi [DoberManPin-Sure],

After reviewing your survey, we’ve determined that your Cybertruck order is eligible for Powershare Home Backup installation.

We matched you with a Tesla Certified Installer who will reach out to you for a home assessment. Their contact information is provided below. As a reminder, your Cyberbeast order is also eligible to receive an installation credit of up to $4,000.*

To avoid installation delays, adhere to the following timelines:
Once your Tesla Certified Installer contacts you to schedule installation, respond within 21 days to prevent cancelation.
The quote you receive from your Tesla Certified Installer is valid for 1 month. Accept this quote within 1 month to prevent cancelation.
Complete your installation within 6 months of accepting your quote to prevent cancelation.

If your installation is canceled, you will no longer be eligible for this Powershare Home Backup equipment installation offer and will instead receive a Tesla Shop voucher.

Home Backup functionality is currently available for system configurations that do not already have a backed up solar system, Backup Switch or Powerwall. Functionality is expected to be available for all configurations later this year following a software update. In the meantime, you will still be able to charge your Cybertruck at home using Wall Connector.

Might you have had a variable that rendered you ineligible to start with? It wasn't your purchase date for sure.

The QMerit interaction was amicable, but burdensome and lengthy in my case. Fired one QMerit recommended installer because after I accepted their quote they said "Oh, by the way, we need to upgrade your electric panels to the tune of $10K." Fired them immediately and moved to the next QMerit approved installer. That process went better, but Tesla ultimately ruled that my planned belt and suspenders approach--I already have a full home natural gas generator--wasn't something they wanted to do. Fine by me in the long run. So, I opted for and then promptly received a $2.5K voucher for the Tesla Store. Different circumstances, admittedly, but a sufficiently happy ending to my burdensome and lengthy Beast installation/credit story in my case. GL to you in yours.
If you ever want to, that's setup would be meter->gateway(probably with UWC breaker)->generatorATS->house

I declined the Q merit quote and never received my Tesla store credit. I picked up my CB more than a year ago.

Check your email for an installation cancelation notice, the code may be at the end of it.

I received an e-mail and the app then showed light bar as a due bill item.
if you have a FS Cyberbeast, this is included with your purchase, i would schedule the install, and the service center will zero out your bill. make sure you give them plenty of time to order the part, make sure you ask for the free center caps, also wheel covers if you have the larger tires, and i also asked for the extra slat in my tonneau cover, the service tech asked if i wanted the free mud flaps also, i said sure, load me up!
i do have an issue with the light bar install, the B pillar on the passenger side is installed incorrectly, and my truck is going in for repair on June 7th to fix it. seems the tech broke the upper clip, and now its moving and causing the front passenger door window to get hung up on the weather striping.
I actually have to lower the window an inch to open the passenger door. Just ask in the app, make the appointment. and it should be taken care of

I think you misunderstood (or meant to reply to bmoorewiz) , the app had a specific highlighted pending service item for the lightbar for me to schedule.

"Due bill" are items that we were supposed to receive with the truck (wheel covers, light bar, Powershare,...) Not a bill due to requesting them. The lightbar install service item started at $0.00.

That is the reply I received from Qmerit but there was no code at the end of the email: “ Thank you for letting us know that you would like to opt for the voucher. I have closed out your project on our end and will inform Tesla accordingly. Tesla will send the voucher either via email or add it to your Tesla account. Unfortunately, I am unsure of the exact timeframe for when they will send it.”
