Again, he talks about the situation with his truck in this video. Not registered still working on it going to send it to Dubai or somewhere else I forgot if he can’t get it done.

Pretty dumb that he has to ship it somewhere to be able to own and drive it, but I guess we don’t have it all that much better. Still, here in the top country in the world, over 115 years after Henry Ford introduced the Model T, driving a car you bought on roads you pay for isn’t a right. It’s about time for a constitutional amendment if you ask me.

I guess that “performance drive unit” really kicks in on the M3P at higher speeds. Usually best 0-60 wins the quarter. Impressive.

Hopefully our beasts can at least beat the new MYP when it comes out ?

I know the tires are the reason the speed is limited by the software. The question I have is, if that limiter was turned off, how what would become the new limiting factor? You may be ultimately right; the tires may fail first (dramatically halting any further spread increases!), but perhaps before that happens the aerodynamic drag at some speed would equal the power available and that would become the max speed. Or, maybe there is an engineering safety limit on motor rpm that would be reached and a new software limiting factor would become active.

I don't think anyone will turn off the current speed limiter, but it is an interesting thought experiment.

If that's accurate, it looks like the CB is about the same as the MSLR in the 1/4 mile. I've seen 10.8s and 10.7s on draggy.

There is a video of the CB running 10.8s on Core wheels but I cant find it

So probably a bit slower than a MSLR which is fine. It's a massive truck.
