Yeah, I have to keep telling myself this is a "Tech Company" not an "Auto Company." Unfortunately they do not understand people shelling out this amount of money for a vehicle are accustom to the customer service from high end "Auto Companies."

For instance, I went to the local service center for a scheduled test drive. Waited 45 minutes and no one came to assist me. Had I gone to say an "Auto Company" showroom they would have been all over me. In the long term and as others catchup or interest in EV's decline, this is going to be an issue for them.

I'm also in OK. I got the Cyberbeast VIN on 8-23. Since then it's a country song " No News ".
That’s what makes me think it has something to do with Oklahoma. There aren’t a bunch of trucks being delivered at one time to the SC’s and even those that are getting vins and delivery are having weird experiences. Just sucks.

Look at pictures. Thousands sitting in Austin. I paid 1k 30 may. 9 Aug get email with vin. Truck is ready now.
I go get it. Wrong tires. Boy says "so what" . I get to leave. I asked, u want money??? I hand him checks. Leave. Days later. Emergency. I didn't sign checks. I go camping 4 days later. 110v outlets don't work. Help Desk says. "So w h at, get ticket""

I found you have to be somewhat aggressive and not passive or overly patient, no one else is lol.

When I enter the ”lair” (service center) main entrance, its like look for someone with a black Tesla shirt and walk right up to them and start talking as well if within a few minutes you aren’t hearing or seeing anyone, just seek them out. It’s not rude as everyone there customer wise does it and if you don’t someone else will certainly jump your place in the perverbial line as it is.

My local service center staff are excellent at customer service and bend over backward to accommodate any request it seems. This is a far stretch from the many many Garage repair shops I’ve been in over my lifetime and most often the rudest of people to me ever has been mechanics, not so at Tesla centers.
