Since they appear more beefier than OEM, will an 18” Wheel clear the Calipers?

What's the weight of the stock rotors? Previously you showed the caliper weight savings, would be nice to know the rotor weight savings as well along with the combined weight savings if you go with both caliper and rotor.
Tesla Cybertruck Cybertruck Brake Upgrade Options from RB Performance Brakes wt compare1

Additional advantages of a 2 pc rotors more than just the weight saving:
  • Rotor are directional (curved vanes) so they are more efficient in heat dissipation that you can run the rotor cooler, reduce the wear and replacement of brake components - Extending the brake life and save downtime and money in pads/rotors replacement.
  • Once the 2 pcs rotors are in place, when rotors wear out you only need to replace the rotor rings
  • Really "cool" in look and braking...

If you can do a set in orange let me know. Would buy calipers in the black to match.
Rotor hat in orange and caliper in black?
Our standard finish on rotor hats are black, caliper default color is Porsche Red with option for various color including orange.

If you retain OE calipers there is no change in outer dimension in fitment as only the rotors are swapped so whatever the stock setup is what it will fit.

But if you are considering the stock size 350mm RB caliper kit we can confirm it can clear 18" wheels w/o any issue.

In fact an Model 3 enthusiast brought his 18" stock wheel this morning for us to confirm the ccb brake kit he is ordering (w/360mm rotor). This pic shows about 6-8mm barrel clearance, being Cybertruck stock rotor is only 350mm we expect to have even more clearance ~(1/2" or 10-12mm)

Warren,
Any tests yet on stopping distance changes or repeated braking brake fade differences?
Thanks!
There will be no change in emergency stopping distances because that is determined by the grip of your tires, not the brakes.

And I don't understand the marketing of this for "heavy towing" because all heavy towing is done with trailers that have their own brakes. Trailer brakes are specifically designed to be adjusted (using the trailer brake controller) to not increase the braking load on the tow vehicle significantly.

I meant stopping distances from repeated stops, I understand tires are limiting factor for a single stop , I'm curious about fade or lack thereof.

I did two 100mph to 0 mph back to back test stops using maximum braking the entire distance.

Neither stop had ony brake fade, in fact, the second stop felt slightly better, probably because the brakes and tires were heated up a bit more.

Sure, brake fade will happen with 10/10ths driving on a racetrack, but that's a very niche use case. More importantly, all cars and trucks come with brakes that will fade very quickly when driven on a track. Nothing new there.

I have the niche case of autocrossong the truck, haven't done a track day yet but thinking about it. ?
