Have had foundation for 3 months. All good a first several week at homes 2 chargers. . Over last month, Im chasing ghost. I have 2 chargers at house, CYber one worked fine but know starts charging and goes red shortly after starting. My wife’s charger number 2 is then used and it fails right after starting . Both chargers work on her s model. I switched breaker off for 10 a few weeks back and did reset that worked but for only a a week . Ive done the steering wheel reset several times. Didn’t work. I went to a super charging station and after 10 minutes of charge 2 different stations failed and went red. I took to tesla right away there after charging station fail they charged and it worked for them. I came home and my charger worked for 7 days and now has gone back to going red. I have no schedule set . I have changed at times to 30A at home on cyber to reduce. Any suggestions . Should I have and electrician come by to check to see if theirs is too much variability on output or power surges that’s are more finicky for a cyber truck. I know that doesnt explain supercharger had 2 separate fails in same day of issue

Mine started giving me charging issues after using a lvl 1 at 12amps at a public garage airport. I unplugged it a few times would not work. Later ok I was cleaning inside using the back seat 110v and it tripped the vacuum she died and it asked to reset the outlets and it would trip and require a reset.

Plugged vac into house and it killed the plugin so I felt better it was not my CT.

I tried to charge for round2 at lvl2 24amps at home and it would go white or red. I took my charger inside -10f outside. Saw some snow debris on the ports cleaned out with air compressor and q tips.
Lo and behold it works! Maybe get some alcohol and air dry the receiver and charge port!

I had exact same issue 2 months ago and Tesla Service is very uninformed on how to handle it. First they said that the Cybertruck requires a different level 2 charger. Not true. I used my old level 2 home charger for month and then all of the sudden it stopped. This was right after a software update. The charger went red and then the vehicle gave me an error that "AC charging was not available- schedule service". The vehicle had no problem on a supercharger. They found nothing wrong when service got it. I ended up replacing my old level 2 charger with the one supplied when I bought the Powershare system. The architecture is for sure different but either one should work. So, I never got a good answer from Tesla why the old level 2 charger worked and then suddenly stopped working and never worked again after that initial event.

A few of us are writing about the same issue here.

To sort of recap my situation. I have the CT Beast. Everything great for some months. But soon after latest software update, port glowed amber but would charge. Now it glows red and is still charging.
I have a gateway installed.
I tested the CT at a nearby supercharger, in town, and same thing. Charging but red port color.
