Hey CyberTruck community,
Looking for some guidance or similar experiences from fellow owners. Had a pretty frustrating situation during our family spring break vacation.
## What Happened:
- Location: Panama City Beach, FL
- Truck firmware: v12 (2024.45.32.20 8521c46e7d72)
- Battery: Had just charged to 80% at the PCB Supercharger
- Issue: Complete system shutdown at 4:30pm on our last vacation day
- Error message: "Electrical system is unable to support all features/Switching off features to conserve energy"
Mileage - 18,019
The truck was completely non-responsive - couldn't access through the app or even use the key card. This happened right when we were planning to head back to Nashville the next morning.
## The Aftermath:
- Had to get the truck towed to Tallahassee, FL - service was closed due to time and the weekend…
- Now back in Nashville while my truck sits in Tallahassee
- Waiting to hear from Tallahassee service center (hopefully tomorrow)
- Hoping my local Nashville Tesla service will provide a loaner
Has anyone experienced a similar total shutdown while traveling out of state? Any insights on what might have caused this? The timing couldn't have been worse - roughly happened @ 77% charged and ready for our trip home the next day, then suddenly completely dead.
Any advice on dealing with service centers when your vehicle is stranded in another state? Or technical insights about what might be happening with the electrical system?
Thanks in advance for any help or shared experiences. Fortunately, we are all safe.
