I’m confused by this statement in Tesla’s website as I took deliver of my truck in June 2024 and assume mine was manufactured between these dates, however it shows no recall in the search. Anyone have any clues?

I am thinking the affected inverters probably where not put into cars contiguously. So a June VIN could have used the newer inverter but a July VIN used the older part. The VIN tracker is what you want to go by and not necessarily the production date.

There were only about 2100 VINs affected by the recall and they were identified by specific number. If it didn't pop up for you then you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

Weird it says 'all' when they often say 'some' or 'specific'.

The actual recall paperwork does use "certain":
The subject population includes certain Model Year (MY) 2024 Cybertruck vehicles
manufactured between November 6, 2023, and July 30, 2024, that are or were equipped with metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFET) in the drive inverter. The affected population includes vehicles equipped with Inverter Part number family 1802305 containing MOSFET part number 1530063-2A-B

If you start a service appt in the app, it should come up if you were one of them that needs it. Mine is currently in the shop getting it done (VIN in the 1200s)

VIN 19xx here, had both front and rear replaced last week. Showed up when I went to schedule something else.

I just got mine changed and the truck is so much louder. When braking the regen wirrrrr is way louder now. They claim it’s normal. Is your truck louder?

my truck does make a significant noise, it also jumps when regen is almost done stopping, i have to push the accelerator to end the jumping.

This is after the recall replacement right? They said to me nothing is wrong the new inverter has a thinner outer casing so can be heard more. It’s ridiculous, my loaner model S was so quiet, when going down a hill now my truck makes a massive Consistent WHIRRRR. It is not normal and I want my old truck back

Interesting. I did not notice any difference one way or the other.
