i.e. Don't come complaining to us if you drop it out of the back of an airplane and something breaks when it lands.I had a couple of H1 Hummers and that was part of their warranty also... seemed really odd with that truck. They did do warranty work for me once after an off road event. I think that sentence is some insurance/warranty analysis/lawyer stating that they don't have to cover that to minimize expected warranty repairs and minimize off roading by those at the margin of off roading or not off roading. Cheers!
There is just about always a "commercial use" and "abuse" clause in warranties.
