I put a flat head screwdriver in smugglers bay and pry em up when needed....not going to get easier over time with dirt/rust, etc
My D-Rings were too stiff to open with my bare hands until I put a couple drops of medium machine oil on the pivots and worked them back and forth a dozen times. Now they stay put but open easily with fingers.

Boeshield is my go-to for stuff like that.

Anyone with the details of the bolts in place? thread type mostly?

I'm looking for some flat countersunk head equivalents to try to mount some L-tracks flat on the bed (along bottom of ridges) using the D-ring existing mounting points.

Anyone done that yet?

Thank you so much @mongo!
Didn’t know about these diagrams. I can’t see the reference on it to the actual bolt. But maybe because I’m on mobile and it doesn’t work that way. In any case, thank you. I took that info to order a countersink flat head bolt that should match the pattern and may work for what I’m trying to do.

Sure thing!
I'm on mobile also (Firefox) and they dis an update which messes up the sizing. If you go landscape mode, it works better. (Or turn on Desktop site option in Firefox)

One thing I just noticed is it calls out 4 M10x38 and 6 M10x46. There are 10 pockets total in the bed...

You’re right! Going landscape mode fixes the layout and I can see the parts. A goldmine!

Not a bad idea, post pics after installed
So I got the new zipper pulls, and while I was installing them I realized if I pull from the inside of the D rings (my finger fits better) they come out just fine ? So I determined I don’t need the zipper pulls, lol.

The pulls did work great though. Here’s a photo:

Zipper pulls I linked above wouldn’t hurt.
