I just spent some time putting together a reminders checklist on my iPhone with subtasks for each major area. Shared it with my wife so when we do delivery we can both attack the massive list together.

Sadly there isn't a mechanism for sharing reminders lists without collaboration. If I do figure something out, I'll post it though.

Elon recently mentioned that they were working to simplify the whole ordering and pickup process. That the way they did it was just too too complex.

My niece picked up her Model Y a few weeks ago using Express Pickup. My Cybertruck Pickup indicated Express Pickup.
