Same issue in Buffalo last night. This is actually dangerous with the lack of visibility. I'm getting some black electrical tape, but what the hell? Tesla just give me a toggle on the screen!
I have driven my Cybertruck (it's the one with a gold wrap and yellow DRL) in heavy snowy day. My problem wasn't the DRL, it was actually my headlights with snow accumulation. It only took 1 minute to make my headlights to loose its forward direction of the beams and spread them out all over the road. I could not see few feet away from the vehicle. I was driving about 50-60 MPH on a freeway!

I had to exit the freeway again, parked in front of a wall and noticed my headlight lost its horizontal cut off line. Also, the brightness wasn't there anymore. Wipe off the snow from the headlights and the brightness came back along with the horizontal line.

I need to figure out how I can clean the snow off the headlights without swiping it off by hand each time.

Thinking about installing a water nozzle, like the one for the front camera, and tap in to the front camera hose or,
Install a glass panel in front of the headlights along with a some sort of defroster lines on them.

Anyone had these issues or know of any resolutions?

Yep, on a road trip this past Sunday and as it got dark, I noticed the lights were almost not visible. I thought this was the issue with snow accumulating in front of the head lights. Stopped at the first rest area and nope! Not a single flake of snow covering the lights. I got a paper towel and wiped the lights and they were covered with road grime and a quick wipe and they became bright again.
