See if when you getting flashed happens as you are going over or cresting a slight incline at which point the cars in front of you are below the light cut-off and there is nothing you can do.
If the above is not the case, an easy way to tell is if your lights are aimed too high is when you are following other vehicles, on a flat road, the top of the cut-off should be no higher than the top of the trunk at a 2-3 car following distance and the light cut-off should go down the further you are. I had this issue with my model Y and it was easy to adjust via the service menu.

My headlights are perfectly aligned (saw the beams when being inspected last month). I think it’s just height of truck and they’re just bright
Hmmm then maybe I need to adjust mine upward, I never get flashed hahahaha

I forgot to mention. When the oncoming vehicle is a CT, they will flash their lights as a greeting. If I can think fast enough, I'll flash my lights at an oncoming CT.

FYI, I flash my high beams to give oncoming traffic a heads up that is a cop with a radar ahead.. this is a very European thing to do and if you travel to Europe you will see people doing this all the time...

I found a discussion about flashing brights to warn of speed traps a few years ago. I learned that its illegal to do that in some states and you could be ticketed for it. Some places allow it as freedom of speech, while others look at it as abetting a crime.

You can adjust the lights down a bit, and this helps with the issue. It happened more when I first got it, but I lowered the lights, and now it seems to be ok.
don't do this. this truck has a very particular beam pattern that has a dead spot in the middle for the specific purpose of preventing glare.

Yes, but that is a double flash. Usually a single slightly longer flash, means your brights are on?

It’s illegal to make a vehicle without the ability to flash, and that is to warn other drivers of danger and to drive cautiously. If you get pulled over “I didn’t know you where police, just wanted the oncoming traffic to be away of the parked car on the side of the road, it’s dangerous“

Of course, if you know Morse Code, you could just send messages with the short and long flashes.

Can you elaborate sir? I dropped my lights by a few clicks and don't want to cause additional problems.

Flashing of your headlights, even to warn of a speed trap, is Free Speech protected by the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution.

It is legal everywhere in the United States.

Oh.

I wouldn't describe the DRL bar as "bright" lol
Obviously, you've never had to live with extrema light sensitivity.

Being a vampire myself, I can tell you it's no laughing matter.

I don't have a direct example to show, but it's easy to spot once you know what to look for. If you follow the procedure to calibrate your beam pattern, next time you hit the highway at night take a close look at the sideview mirrors as you pass other vehicles. You will notice that the beam specifically has a dead zone that fits right at the perfect level to prevent blinding them.
