Picked up yesterday trucks great. Staff was mehh I think mainly because they don’t know anything about it. I had no questions either truck was very dirty. Don’t care it’s great. Rear passenger door doesn’t open all the way. Anyone know of a fix or had this issue? I put in a service request but would like to avoid. Didn’t notice until I was putting my kid in the car. On me for not catching it at pickup.

For the rear door, there has been one other case that i know of where they used the wrong door bracket at the factory leading to the door not opening at 90 deg. You'll need a svc call to correct it.

Ok so I picked mine up on April 30. Very dirty. In itself, not a big deal, but when I’m asked to look at the car including the Bedliner to make sure everything is okay, it can be difficult to determine what dirt and what’s not.
So my issues so far are:

-wipers: there’s a streak across the windshield that the doesn’t get. I was hoping it was a matter of “ breaking it in” but doesn’t look like that going to happen
I put in a service ticket. They ordered a new one
-Bed liner: dirty and it was “patchy” every where. I pointed it out and was told it would wash off. It didn’t. Put ina service request. They ordered a new bed liner
-Stereing noise: it make a lot of noise at low speeds. Doesn’t seem normal. Haven’t put it a service request yet
-Motor noise. : so this is my 5th Tesla and I v
Never hear the motor wind up or down. In this one I do. And it’s loud and weird. It like I have a modified exhaust like some of those car put but not as loud. Put in a service request. When I go to fix the other stuff, we will test drive it

just sharing my experience here since someone commented on the dirty CT and wiper

Just picked up my cyber truck. The Bed was dirty also, not as bed as yours. How long will it take Tesla to order and replace the Bed liner? Any update since post from Tesla. I have a service appointment for June 13. Thanks.

Yah, that looks pretty severe for both the wiper performance bed liner condition. Motor noise is normal in CT, I thinks it sounds great! But, if it is loud and weird, it’s worth having service check it out.

So I placed a service request the 3rd day after I took delivery. I dropped of my CT yesterday. They had the bed liner but I didn't have them install it. So using that info, it looks like about 3 weeks to get the bedliner. SO I didn't have them replace it because after a few washes, the bed liner came ALMOST back to normal. I'm hoping that with a couple of more washes, all the staining will disappear. I just didn't want them to take something apart and then I have trouble with rattling or an unaligned bed liner
