Anyone else having this issue where the middle of the wiper blade leaves a blurry streak? Makes it really difficult to see out that area.

Yep! They replaced my wiper arm, wiper blade and wiper motor... when i said it was still happening they adjusted tension, when I said it was still happening, they said "yeah, it's a known issue and engineering is working on it, but don't know when they will have a resolution."

Tesla Cybertruck Wiper blade issue - blurry streak IMG_5719
I I cleaned and cleaned using glass cleaner. Still got streaks. Looks a bit oily with rainbow color reflection.

With an otherwise great car the blade is really a very weak link. I’d love to see Tesla fix this, and I wouldn’t mind it if the NHTSA were to get involved.

Yea mine does this from time to time. Also several spots down to the edge half, spray away glass cleaner then I will lift the blade and run my bounty towel down it to clean the rubber contact blade. I also apply rainx at washing and have rainx bug and tar juice in the reservoir. Helps keep the issue at bay.

Aside from the first downstroke which doesn’t clean well, mine works great without any streaks. I get a lot of seaside salt spray and use the windshield washer function everyday. It wasn’t cleaning the passenger side that well and then I got a “low washer level” advisory. Filled it up and it cleans great again!

You could alway try a new blade, except Tesla won’t sell you one
They want to install it themselves for added revenue?

They could get more if they can just stock up their overpriced accessories.

Unless they are just waiting for our Powershare credit to expire. ?

Slow mo of the Tesla Model X wiper blade washing vs the Tesla Cybertruck wiper blade washing.

I think they need to up the volume of washer fluid sprayed out.... glass barely gets wet.
I’m having this issue and I’m in Canada. The wiper basically barely shoots out washer… I hear it… I see it. But because it shoots while the wiper is still moving (fast) on auto… I feel like the spray of the washer shoots tooo far high and almost flies off of the car due to velocity of the wipers movement. This just ends up the wiper running kind of dry and smudge salt over the windshield and destroying visibility! I really hope there is a fix for this. I’ve made sure to top off my windshield washer fluid too, so it’s definitely not an empty canister issue.

Mine sprays very little washer and as shown in the Coro of mine sprays that much(which I doubt) in my opinion it needs more than what is in the video. Plus because it is spraying on the back swipe the wiper drags on dry glass wearing faster. (IMO of course )
