Easy Entry and Profile help!

Hello!

I need some help figuring this out and maybe someone out there had a similar issue and was able to get it resolved.

Okay.

So I switched phones from my Pixel Fold to an iPhone. I added the iPhone as another key and deleted my original one with Pixel Fold and made the iPhone my main one. I noticed that my Easy Entry settings stopped working, specifically, the seat.

I tried resetting my profile and also calibrated the mirrors, steering wheel, and seats successfully. When I adjusted the seat to where I want it to be in the Easy Entry I clicked save and then repeat the process but this time in my profile.... my mirrors and steering wheel moved to where they should be when switching between the profile and easy entry but my seat doesn't move. In short, everything else works but the seat. The recalibrating didn't fail, it fully recalibrated the seat but for some reason the profile/easy entry doesn't work with the seat.

Any ideas?!?! or do I have to take it to Tesla to service?

I think easy entry only moves the steering wheel and seat. It activates when you unbuckle in park and your normal position returns when you press the brake.

If the seat moves when switching between driver profiles, it's probably fine.

The thing is my seats isn’t saving…. the seats aren’t broken…. it still moves when I manually use it but when i try to save it in each settings it doesn’t. When i unbuckle the seat used to move but after i switched phones it stopped.

Ah, not even normal profile changes, gotcha
The usual laundry list of things to try:
Check alerts in service mode
Verify it is calling up the right profile (key-profile association)
Dual scroll wheel reboot
Power Off
Delete all profiles and start over
Delete phone keys and profiles and start over (be sure to have key card with you)

This is where I would start.

I had this same issue
Go to settings—> Service—> Driver Seat, Steering, & Mirrors Calibration

recalibrate the seats

That’s fixed it for me

Ah, not even normal profile changes, gotcha
The usual laundry list of things to try:
Check alerts in service mode
Verify it is calling up the right profile (key-profile association)
Dual scroll wheel reboot
Power Off
Delete all profiles and start over
Delete phone keys and profiles and start over (be sure to have key card with you)

I did the rebooting but that didn’t help…. well try the other things on the list.

That’s fixed it for me

I did the recalibration 3 times but it did not help.
