Interesting that they are backing the lease credit out of your amount due. I think it used to just impact the lease payment.

• The price adjustment, is that an inventory model?
• Cash down pmt of $8464, does that include the price adjustment of $8000, so your net cash paid is $464? Or does that include the leasing incentive of $7500, ie tax credit, and your net cash paid is $964?

Yes, it is an inventory model & cash down payment includes the leasing incentive of $7,500.

The $8K adjustment was applied to the selling price of the car.

Do you have a specific question about this? I just took delivery of mine yesterday with a lease but I am going to buy it out shortly. That looks like it is through Santander based on the money factor which is what I had initially but had them switch to Tesla Lease Trust which has a higher money factor but reviews say the buyout process is simpler.

lease money factor 0.00297 x 2400 = 7.128% APR. Buy out the lease and convert to a 5.5% APR loan as soon as possible IF you plan on keeping the truck longer than the lease duration.
