Brought the truck in a couple days ago to address the following: slight frunk misalignment, slight drivers door misalignment, rear passenger window has a seal leak that sounds like air leakage despite being closed, and both keycards do not unlock the vehicle. All issues were addressed (free of charge) EXCEPT the keycards. Really strange that a known firmware issue, that could potentially revoke access to your vehicle, would not be addressed immediately with an OTA update. I just got home and confirmed that the key cards still do not unlock the truck but work to drive it once you're in. Not that I was ever planning on valet parking this thing, it's just crazy that this is even an issue. That said, service was amazing. They gave me a model y for a couple days, which was a surprisingly solid little car. It's such a different experience coming from a lifetime of dealing with ICE dealerships...contactless drop-off of the loaner felt strange, and then getting in my truck and driving away without speaking to anyone...what an superior model of service. So glad to have the beast back home!

Attaching screenshot of the explanation they gave me for the keycards not working:
