This one is pretty straight forward and one I used for my boys:

I rented a similar camper on Outdoorsy a few months ago. The host asked the distance to the ground from the receiver and adjusted the coupler on the trailer ahead of time - I gave them the height in Low suspension mode. Likewise they had the WD setup with sway control, so it wasn't necessary to provide the ball hitch.
