Founders Series Decliners - What’s Next?

I'm in the same situation. I'm not taking the foundation series even though it's a pretty good option if you want FSD and home backup integration (I don't). I'm hoping we don't lose our place in line but if we do, I'll be watching the other manufactures' offerings.

In one of the previous threads, apparently a tesla employee said if you don't act on it, you stay in the queue, but if you act on it and pay your $250 and later cancel then your order is now invalid.

According the the foundation submissions on this site, You can get the dual motor. Can anyone who completed the foundation order can give the details?

So I got the offer for the Foundation series. And after much thought, I decided to wait and save money….and also get the tax incentive . If I’m early enough reservation to get this invite, then once they produce I should be early to get regular AWD CT right?

But what now? There’s no “decline” option. Or “keep my reservation” option. Just ignore the offer? Any chance we lose our spot?

Foundation series says December to March delivery. Maybe regular production is April and onwards?

I wish Tesla was clearer on this….

If you find out your going to lose the slot because of not taking the Foundation then I wonder if we can figure out a way to swap order spots. I am much further down in the list with a November 2020 order #RN11420.
