This is a common issue with standard ICE pickup trucks, as they are mostly painted and become scratched as soon as used for truck purposes. Adding spray liner is the solution.

Does anyone know if the vault (aka truck bed) is a series of panels or one peice? Received my CT with severe oxidation stains from leaking water. I have tried to clean it to no avail myself. My next step is to try a detailer who might have better luck. If that doesn’t work, need to weigh plus/minus of replacing bed.

So I guess it’s mostly calcium carbonate then that creates those marks.
Awesome that you got it off.
I learned something from this thread about not putting xpel in the vault. Thanks for that.
I would have eventually done that if I weren’t educated on the matter first. It resonates with me because I know how that stuff behaves in the Phoenix heat.

It's been 100f here, give or take, for the past couple of weeks had no issue with the Armor in our vault. Generally I'm loading 'nice' stuff into it, mostly packaging from uLine, salt for the pool or whatever, so it's less abrasive than a typical Home Depot haul I guess, but this is often a couple of times a week, so it's getting some good use. A couple of the raised ribs got torn up, but we'll always replace those, of course. I will say that the fault is generally closed unless I'm hauling stuff, so it gets warm in there, but not enough to change its composition. It also hardens over time, it's very 'fresh' when first installed.

Thank you, very detailed and explanatory.

Might be better off just getting a RWD 😉
Tesla should make an SUV version of the Cybertruck.
This would certainly boost the sales, the same way as the Rivian R1S did.

Note: While many challenges exist in manufacturing,
a primary difficulty lies in understanding and delivering what customers truly want.
