FSD Speeds for each setting

I hate how mad max wants to change lanes so much. It well pass cars that are on my right and get a couple car lengths infront of them and then switch to that lane when my lane is wide open. Ive also had the new update at a slower speed see a pot hole and swerve ridicilous. And it was around midnight if a cop would have saw me he woulda thought i was drunk swerving and slowing down like that.

also with all these updates why cant they fix that dam wiper in fsd that wants to wipe all the damn time in dry weather. Sick of that damn wiper. And can we get the blinker turned off in roudabouts would be lovely.

Absolutely. My small dog gets scared every time it dry-wipes and squeeks.

IMO dry wipes are basically solved. I had tesla clean my camera housing and keep my windows clean and chemical free (rainx will mess it up) since 14.2 released.

The wiper wipes if the camera has a dirty or distorted image. Rainx, wax, or any window treatment seem to obscure it slightly.

This is a problem.
I have complained and was told not to use FSD
WTF good was it to purchase that feature???? This is ridiculous to pay that amount for a feature that does not function as before. I'm selling this crap!

“Just don’t use FSD” is an embarrassingly ignorant response to your legitimate concerns. If that came from someone on the forum, well everyone is entitled to an opinion, but if it came from a Tesla employee, he or she needs to be fired.

I just returned from a neighborhood drive. A month ago my CT safely drove me home every night on its own, I could keep the speed limits safe and accurate, my drive was relaxing and stress free. I was in love with my truck and told everyone who would listen. I’m responsible for at least a dozen Tesla purchases by friends and family.

Tonight I had to disengage a dozen times in a 3 mile drive because of speeding in sloth mode- speed limits are tightly patrolled at 25mph neighborhood wide, with spots that are 15mph and 10mph but the vehicle thinks it’s 30mph everywhere- so my choices are FSD with a speeding ticket or drive it myself. It is certainly not a functional self driving vehicle anymore. I find that to be a huge loss.

New York is instituting a “1 mph over and get a ticket law’. Several other states are considering similar laws. Law suits are going to come if the FSD system only allows you to speed while using FSD, and doesn’t allow you to correct inaccurate system speed limits. I suspect first it will be State AGs suing a company that has programmed in illegal speeding, then the class action suits will come from owners who can no longer use FSD because of tickets and loss of drivers licenses for speeding. Any user agreements that owners were forced to agree to will become null and void. It’s going to be bad for everyone. It can all be prevented by simply returning the feature that allows the driver to set the maximum speed.

All of those wonderful FSD14 upgrades in improved (sort of) autonomous driving are irrelevant if you cannot use FSD because of unsafe and illegal speed management.

Standby, Tesla will be forced to fix it, or FSD itself will become illegal and a thing of the past. Nobody wants FSD to be regulated away. It was a really stupid decision to take away this basic speed management control. I loved my CT before FSD14 took away driver speed management. Now, not so much.
