This is likely because it isn't the first time they've done this. The 2019 reveal was also during cyber monday week, and among other reasons, was specifically scheduled for that week.

In my opinion, the launch event should have been held ON Cyber Monday. Opertunity missed...I'm still excited though to finally see some "numbers".
