Help? Front passenger door doesn’t unlock

The passenger door doesn’t unlock when I press the unlock vehicle on the screen. I thought it was just user error but it’s not. The rear doors unlock fine. I have to reach across to open the door.

Anyone else experience anything like this? Is there a setting I need to change or check?

Sadly, no. I turned off driver door unlock mode. All the other doors open when the white bar is pressed. I think it’s broken.

Got my CT FS on July-05 and encountered this issue which is the default setting (?).

(Joke: My home manager screamed in HEB grocery store parking lot (very hot at 3pm) “Unlock the door for your mama, dumb truck!”).

It unlock all doors with disable the “Driver Door Unlock Mode” setting (and behaved as “Smart truck”). The “i” pop-up information is currently not helpful and SHOULD be updated for more intuitive similarly to the information in the manual; and default of this feature should be off (frankly, I don’t know its default though).

Pls reply to this message thread for quantifying to victims of the none-intuitive “I” pop-up message, thanks.

Do you have it in park?
Are you pressing in really firmly on the outside white dash?
Is it opening correctly from the inside?

Did it every open?
