Our 2023 model S started to not unlock. Not only would they not unlock from the inside or outside you could not even open the door. If you were inside without using the manual release the car is awaiting to be taken into service. Subsequently the Cybertruck will only allow the driver door to unlock all other doors. I have to either unlock them by my or on the control panel on the screen. Not only is it the doors, but the tailgate as well and the Tonneau.
additionally, seemed to be having an issue with the Tesla charger now it’s blowing the circuit. Not only that the truck goes into power share mode and drains the battery when I don’t need it in Power share. Anyone else experiencing these kind of issues? If so, what was the solution to solving the problem?

I apologize for how poorly written that was. I hope the idea is out there if not, I’ll rewrite it.

I had asked AI (chat GPT) about symptoms of the PCS problem, one symptom was the door not unlocking or taking excessive time to do so.

That's allot to unpack. I think there are two unrelated issues.

The doors not opening, even from the inside (!!?!) is very strange. I can envision issues with phone key pairing that would prevent unlock, but being unable to open from the inside is bizarre. Even when locked and in Dog Mode, the doors open freely when the button is depressed, even with no people inside and no key present.

If the circuit breaker on the UWC is popping, then it's either the wrong breaker, or is defective (OR, the wiring is actually shorted!!!). Since the PowerShare required professional installation, I would be very disappointed if substandard parts/wiring were used. Regardless, this is a fire hazard, and should be checked out immediately.
