How do you clean this ...

The distance from the steering wheel to the edge of the windshield is so far away that I have found no reasonable way to get to that corner. Here's a picture of something, probably a bit of fabric, that is stuck in that corner and I have not yet figured out what I can do to clear it.

I use a Swiffer duster on a 3ft handle. Works great on the inside and outside.

I’ve had the handle and a giant box of refills for years. It looks like they sell knockoff refills now, too.
