Not really sure. I haven't really needed to clean the inside windows recently. The last time I used windex before I started using sprayaway (primarily the outside). Is Sprayaway glass cleaner safe for windows that are tinted?
is this "better" than good ole windex (fresh bottle)? Not really sure. I haven't really needed to clean the inside windows recently. The last time I used windex before I started using sprayaway (primarily the outside).
For everything I've used it for on the outside this is the best. I've never used it on the inside.is this "better" than good ole windex (fresh bottle)?
I see, this is more than just windows. THanks! For everything I've used it for on the outside this is the best. I've never used it on the inside.
I've never used it on the wheels or the plastic.
Oh yeah, sorry. Its used for the stainless, plates, glass. I don't use it on the plastic (a personal assumption its not good for it) and I don't use it on the wheels and tires.I see, this is more than just windows. THanks!
SameI just run mine through the car wash; no problemo. The inside of the windshield is a hard reach but other than that the car wash works great; none of the problems people have posted online.
I wash it every couple of weeks. I spray on some diluted oxalic acid (barkeeper‘s friend) . I dilute it with water and mix it in a small sprayer I use about a quarter pound per Wash and run it through an automatic car wash Just after one minute of spraying it on or 5min It doesn’t really seem to work any better if it stays on there longer. And it looks just like new. The car wash I go to Has neutral PH on all their products. It is not an Express Car Wash or a gas station Car Wash. I would not recommend those As they all have high pH soaps. I’ve attached images of the product, the sprayer, and a photo of it just recently washed, which was yesterday. Adam’s graphing Tire dressing on the Tannu cover and the wheels on all the trim works great. Leather cleaner and leather treatment on the interior. I would NEVER wrap the Cybertruck as you have to hand wash it to maintain the warranty. 6k to wrap and 10 years of hand washing is not my cup of tea. I honestly like the stainless steel look . Once I figure out how easy it is to keep clean it’s not really an issue any more. So far I have about 12 times I’ve done this to the truck and it looks great every single time. I’ve heard of people saying they’ve cleaned it with barkeeper’s friend and it comes out really shiny So they’re scared to do it anymore. Well, that’s just because it actually clean And that’s how it looked when you received the truck from the dealer for the first time. What are some of the products everyone uses to wash their cybertrucks particularly the ones without a wrap.
I'm interested in maintaining it clean as it comes. Not interested in coatings, films or protective measures here.
1)what do you use to wash it?
2)what do you use after the wash?
3)what do you use on the wheels?
4)what do you use on the plastics?
5)what do you use on the glass?
6)what do you use on the interior surfaces
like seats, carpet, dashboard and door panels
I've heard people use bartenders' friend on the stainless steel.
I haven't tried it don't know if it works.
Check out the product Windshield Wow. It’s exactly what you are explaining. That’s what I use in my truck when need to the a deep clean on the windshield or roof glass.someone please make a robot that can clean the inside of the windshield and the outside at the same time. I think this is a good idea even without the robot. Get your self one of those magnetic aquarium glass cleaner. where half go's on the inside and the other half on the outside you move the outside part and the one inside follows along so it cleans both sides simultaneously.
Invisible Glass Reach and Clean has a thin edge that allows it to get to the bottom of the glass. How do you get all the way to the bottom of the windshield from the inside. because I have found that those last 2 inches of glass where the space between the glass and dashboard narrows down to nothing are almost impossible to clean. I made the mistake of spaying window cleaner near the top and allowing some of it to run all the way down. I didn't realize that my tool on a pole made for extending your reach on large windows. would not be able to get all the way down in between. and it has a pretty narrow profile. And now I have drip marks along the bottom of my glass on the inside forever. Any ideas how to clean this tight out of reach area?
