How do you determine your build date?

Interesting. When they installed mine they replaced the HV Battery Rear Skid Plate With Updated Part and was listed in my invoice(no charge for the updated part). I wonder if that’s the reason for the build date needed. Lucky they had this new part in stock but I did see others having to wait for this new part before there package install was complete. My build date was before 12/24

So it’s the rear plate that’s different? Interesting.
The good news is, they sold me both my truck and this package so the way I see it, it’s up to them to figure out how to make it work.
If it takes them a minute, I’ll just put some miles on the loaner car.

So just an update for any of you interested or that may have similar concerns in the future, I messaged the SC where I scheduled the installation appointment and asked them to verify what my build date is and whether I got the right parts before shipping. I also asked to see if they could tack it on to my previously made unrelated appointment but that’s irrelevant.

Now I feel pretty confident that even if the wrong parts arrive they can’t possibly blame me.
Who knows though? Stranger things have happened.

Yeah I think it’s more for the service center to have the updated parts that work with the terrestrial package. Hence why us early adopters of the package had to wait for parts that were not compatible with this package. Hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy it.

Thanks. I think the peace of mind will be very enjoyable.
I’m still a little more pedantic about it off-road than I ever was with my ICE trucks for whatever reason.

Yeah once you go a few times and have a blast and see it’s perfectly capable in so many applications you will want to go off roading more and more I know I was timid but now am confident in its ability
