Anyone know which beaker I need to flip to test PowerShare? I've tried them one at a time (except #2) and none have triggered PowerShare to start.

If you are doing turnkey with Qmerit who identifies a third party installer then they will guide you thru the process . If you are doing yourself or with an independent installer,Tesla will need to activate the gateway. Or is your gateway already activated?

I had my powershare gateway installed a few months ago, but only just a few days ago got a new control in the app. It's called "Go Off-Grid" and it appears to be designed for testing the powershare setup. Do you have that in your app?

When I did was simply turn off the main breaker in your picture that would be number one. What happens is the universal charger that they install turns purple glowing and then you plug it into the truck and it switches over but you have to have that screenshot to show that the software is enabled

I’m still waiting for Tesla to turn on my PowerShare. Been almost 7 weeks since install and still no update on my truck.

I had QMerit do my install, but found that I needed to add the system in the app. Play around with the options to see if you can add it. Perhaps folks are waiting on Tesla, when the end user actually needs to add it to the app to activate? QMerit said nothing of this, I just found it on my own. Now I see this in my app.

This is under controls from my truck. I’m totally missing the PowerShare backup button. So I don’t think it’s on my end

If you don’t mind my asking, what screen shot shows that PS is enabled?

In my system, Powershare is inline from the meter to powershare, and the main breaker box is then fed from powershare, not from breaker. In other words, turning the breaker box main feed shuts off your house circuit breakers, but electricity is still fed from your meter to your powershare breaker. Your PS main breaker is the only device in the chain that will correctly communicate with your Tesla charger feed to accept-notify your truck to use its battery to power your powershare, which in-turn will feed cybertruck battery power from powershare to your house breaker box.

Looking at your picture, it appears clear that your sequence is identical...see conduit going from meter (2) to ps (4) to house breaker (3 to 1). Am assuming your meter is fed from street (left conduit), then feeding PS with right conduit.

Suggestion--there should be a warning sticker near meter and house breaker notifying firemen of dual power--cutting house breaker box would normally be a first step ensuring house has no electricity, but when powershare is receiving power from truck, there potentially could be electricity flowing back to street and electricution potential to linemen troubleshooting neighborhood power outages. PS box will serve as the main breakerbox to the house.

Correction 1st sentence above...meant to say your main house breaker box us fed from powershare, not from "meter".

Lastly, to answer your question...open your PS box and turn off the bottom right breaker while your truck is connected to its house charger, that will trigger test to see if it's working. In my case it was a 5 second or so delay, then all workerd perfectly.

Have you always had this data flowing? Meaning what your house uses and what is coming from the grid. Or was this after you did the “off grid” set up. I have never had this data and when PowerShare was installed we did test PowerShare and it did flip over to the Cybertruck and powered the house.
