The lead tech when I was demonstrating the problem a week ago literally said that Tesla service has to fix all the problems with vehicles being sold & delivered so that target quotas on deliveries can be met.You Actualy think someone who was to QC the car purposely ignored it to sell another unit? Come on bro, I feel you’re pain but that would be stupid for them to purposely do, They now pay labor and other stuff to have to repair it and also give you a loaner. I really don’t think its in there best interest to do that
I’ve heard of others that complained enough that they offered a buy back? Maybe that’s what you should do because you seek complelty salty about Tesla at this point so maybe that’s a good option for you?
Side note. Love the #69 avatar .RIP
His words as a Tesla employee, not mine.
The car also had hardened sealant oozing out of one of the quarter panels and a bunch of push clips in door pockets and cup holders. It had not been cleaned properly prior to delivery.
I should have rejected it but didn't want to wait another 2-3 weeks for another truck and thought there were only cosmetic issues, not mechanical ones.
