How long to schedule repairs?

I submitted a repair request for a few minor issues (body panel alignment, frunk seals, tail gate alignment, polishing scuff on front bumper from factory/delivery, etc), on March 1 but it's still "In review". When I made the request, the app told me a service date of March 7 (today). I messaged in-app yesterday and was told my request was received but they're still working towards getting to mine. Obviously none of these are critical issues, but I was wondering if anyone who went in for minor fixes had insight as to how long to get in and then how long for repairs. Thanks!

It’s kinda bad, only the highest level master techs get to work on the CT. Mine just sat there for 6 days because the master techs were at training, decided to just take it back with no LTE.

They got me in 1st thing next week to fix all issues.

Had to escalate to highest management in the service center.

Mine went in over a week ago for the same issue you have. Everything has been fixed except the scratches. Currently at a body shop and have about another week before getting mine back. Seems pretty long for some minor scratches. I did stop by the body shop and was told they were not happy with the results of the demo hood they were working on. Since it's a new process, they're trying to work out the bugs. The body shop was experimenting with Bar Keepers Friend. When I mentioned it he was surprised because he didn't know others were using it.

Apparently San Diego - Miramar doesn't have the jig to complete any body panel adjustments and no word of an ETA. Not complaining and absolutely love this truck.
