Model X without its battery pack is about 4000 lbs. Cybertruck is about 23.4% larger by volume than a Model X by looking at the overall L x W x H. Tesla's current SEXY lineup has about the same density for each, when your remove the battery packs. Taking this approach, Cybertruck without a battery pack is about 4936 4827lbs. Does the combination of giga castings and "Ultra-Hard 30X Cold-Rolled stainless-steel structural skin to Tesla armor glass" save weight?

The 4680 structure pack could be a totally different conversation.

It's going to be harder to estimate this with a structural battery pack.

Considering we don't know the pack capacity, it just leaves another variable.

Giga castings might not be lighter than the parts they replace (folded steel).
In the MY the cast model is heavier, but also stiffer. I'm not sure if the CT design takes better advantage of the cast, seeing that the MY cast is more of a "mod" of the original MY design, rather than a vehicle design based around a cast?

I done a skin mass comparison somewhere on the thread I think. I have fairly exact SS panel mass calculations from my original CT CAD.

Extrapolating the CT batteryless mass from other vehicle might not be very accurate. It would probably be better just going through the BoM line by line, which in turn could include other parameters like build costs/production time/rates etc.
