I've read a few threads about people with 37s. I'm looking into how to get 37x13.5r(18 or 20) BFG HD-Terrains. to fit on mine. I have no problem trimming the front bumper and using the heat gun on the wheel wells. I'm willing to re-route the airlines like SonsofAnxieety did. Apparently BFG tends to run 1/4-1/2" smaller than their advertised size.

- I have no issue cutting the wrench flats on the UCA if needed.

- I'd prefer to not use wheel spacers, and try to find a wheel offset/backspace that works. Are wheel spacers safe to use with the high torque of the CB or medium off-roading? They're illegal in AU on public roads for example. Both Tsportline and @Unpluggedperformance (link) sell them.

I've been looking into it too, but on the fence whether the juice is worth the squeeze. There is one off-road tire that comes in 37x11.50R20 (Nitto Ridge Grappler), for a narrower tire so you don't have to use wheel spacers. I think it would be close with the suspension uprights. Another consideration is cutting off the hex heads on the upper ball joints; meaning if you need suspension removal or new ball joints you have to cut off the old one instead of unbolting.

If you want a super wide tire like 13.5, don't think you are going to accomplish that without huge wheel offset changes or spacers. I'm not a big fan of wheels sticking outside the wheel wells far, hence I'd rather get a narrower tire like 11.5's.

I think I'd rather just go the route of the 36" Toyo AT III EV tires in 285/70R20 like in the link you posted.

Hey Vega, I recognize your name from overclocking forums back in the day with quad SLI GPUs and fresnel lens monitors.
SonsofAnxiety messaged me back saying he's still rocking his 37x12.5r18x9.5+10 Nitto MTs with minor rubbing at full lock.
Method had some -40mm offset wheels but this may rub too much?
Tsportline and Unplugged sell overpriced fender flares that would make them not stick out as much.

I prefer wider tires due to having more grip but if I have to use 12.5" due to 13.5" requiring spacers, I'm fine with that.

Hah ya that's me, small world.

I like to off-road, but range loss since I'm pretty remote/cold area is also high on my concern list. I'll probably just rock the 36" Toyo's but interested to see what you end up with.
