HVAC Check - Passenger vents no longer move up/down after 2024.20.7 update :-(

Hi everyone, I've had my CT for about 2 weeks. The air vents were working fine when I picked up the truck, but since the latest update, the air vents on the FRONT PASSENGER side no longer move up or down. The vents will adjust left and right, but will not move up and down even though the screen shows the vents moving.

Could y'all check and see if you're having the same problem?

Just received 2024.20.9 and that fixed the problem! Hooray!!! The vents are working again!!!

I have this issue with my driver side vents. I am on .7 version in my cyberbeast.

I spoke too soon. Right after the upgrade, it worked fine. Left the truck, came back 30 minutes later, and the passenger vents have reset to the center position (even though the display shows that they should be in an upward direction), and will not move :-(. So I've made a new service appointment for next Thursday.

I was having the same problem and then it fixed itself during a sleep cycle.

My driver vent didn’t work left-right since delivery a couple weeks ago. Now it doesn’t work up down either and passenger vent makes new humming/gear noises when adjusting which it didn’t do on delivery, it was silent. Have service appt in few weeks hoping they address it then.

Just wanted to give an update that when I received the latest 2024.26.3.1 upgrade 4 days before my appointment, and it fixed the vents for me (again)... So I canceled the service appointment the day before the appointment per the tech's recommendation since it was still working, and knock-on-wood it's still working now.

Hate to drag up a possibly dead horse but is anyone else having issues with left to right adjustment? It’s sporadic, sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t.

I've not had any problems with mine since it was fixed by that update a while back. I think it would be worth it to schedule a service appt to get it fixed. Yours may be actual hardware issue.

Thank you, I’ve been in 4 times for it now. It’s going in again. I asked for them to make sure they have the airwave module in stock this time. The problem is it doesn’t throw any codes.
