I got my Cyber Wheel Covers from the service center using Christmas cheer 🎅🎄

Sterling VA. Just went into the service request section for the TSB (wiper/sail appliqués) and added an item ‘wheel cover’. Sitting in the lobby waiting now. Should be done in about 45 minutes I think

Just create a service ticket requesting the wheel covers. I am located in the Chicago area and they have them in stock now. I got mine on Saturday.

It will work. Just keep trying it each week. I don't think they will reach out about them. Also I would schedule with the "main hub" service center in your area. You will get better results.

I did the same thing based on advice in this thread. Scheduled a service appt. to have the wheel covers and CB lightbar installed. "Not available yet" was the reply. Did I want to cancel? I didn't cancel. A couple days later they updated the service request to a remote service appt. to install the wheel covers. Got them today!

Well... I tried your strategy last night and it didn't work for me. I got the whole, "Tesla will send you an email when your wheel covers are ready" response. Very happy for you though!
