I passed on an offer to Purchase a Foundation Series CT. What now?

I passed on an email notification that as an early reservation holder I could now purchase a Foundation Series CT. What happens now with my position in the que?
I am only interested in the dual motor without all the bells and whistles.

I’m with you. The ‘Limited Edition’ FS trucks are simply a cash grab by Tesla to help recoup their huge CapEx expenditures for SS roll straightening machinery, huge ovens, panel bending stations, stamping presses, laser cutting machines, etc.

I hI ad to skip too. Had saved enough to pay cash for the dual motor not the FS. I'm wondering if I missed my chance.

Just let the invite sit in your Tesla account, they will sell as many Foundation Series as they can at an extra 20grand. Your option to buy a standard truck will come once all the FS people have passed and the list has started over, that may be a year from now, or it may be 3-4 years from now if they offer FS to all 2 million people in line.

Non-FS trucks could start production April 1st. Only Tesla insiders know when.

The decision to wait when I first got the FS invite in December was difficult but becomes easier by the day. This gives time for early issues to be corrected.

Sure hope they can get the AWD into rebate range when they offer the nonFS series. When? I still think things will open up for ordering before the end of the calender year. My one lingering fear is that production costs will preclude a lower price. The longer the FS persists into the ramp the bigger that fear gets.
