Impossible to reach Tesla

Has any one noticed it’s become impossible to reach Tesla nobody answers the phone nobody texts me back on the support chat, no way to start a message request in the app. I’ve called in the past they always answered. customer service has become non existent to basically embarrassing on them. They say the call centers were axed and every dealer needs to answer the phone and it’s a problem. News flash every single other car manufacturer operates like this and when you call your local dealer they pick up or have a secretary to pick up why is this so difficult for Tesla. They want stuff from me I have questions for them and they won’t call and I can’t get them to answer I pretty much give up only service answers but they can well only help with service.

Exact same experience in PLANO Texas,
Picked up CT on 5/23.

There was a huge queue to take deliveries, I was standing for almost 1 hour , they setup a white plastic picnic table and there were like 25 deliveries standing in front of me, earlier I really thought that my CT will be like parked inside the showroom with a bow tie on it, will go in ... someone will walk me over the functions bla bla bla ... I kept opening doors here and there and later realized that people standing outside in sun lined up to reach that white plastic picnic table are all lined up for deliveries . I stood in the same queue, after 1 hour I reached the 1st spot, and they said "We have a CYBER TRUCK !" .... signed some papers ..
then I located my truck on my own, opened my truck via app, drove and came home ...

I have few issues to report to them and since then I have been trying 1000 ways and was not able to.

So I visited them personally and they said bring vehicle we will check ...


on scale of 1 to 10 ... the service now is MINUS 100000

I think minus 100000 is fair my delivery center was supposed to call and confirm everything ready for delivery as it’s a two hour drive. They did and when I went they said all is wrong and needs to be redone we spent 5 hours there trying to fix it. What a waste of time nobody helped had to call banks and get loans re approved my self. And took delivery and drove home my self they helped me zero percent and I can’t even call them with my current issues and questions and chat is useless it’s gets nowhere. Not to mention know they are emailing to pay my down payment that I gave a check for day of and I can’t even get ahold of them to sort that so I said if they want it they’ll call me. They threw the cars at us and that’s it no help nobody to call it’s embarrassing.

Even if you are not a Tesla stockholder, you are somehow paying for Elon's $56 billion pay check.

My SC used to be able to book a service request within a week, now they are saying it will be a month with their layoffs.

I used to get a text response promptly on my apps. I dread to check the turn around lately.

Seems from your experience -- never?

I have a service appointment for a windshield seal that’s failing off. Zero communication leaves me only guessing what will happen. The service center is a hour away.

My delivery was also at Plano SC but a month earlier. It wasn’t as busy compared to yours but mine was on a Sunday. I didn’t leave until making a service appointment to fix delivery issues.

I took the cybertruck in for that service appointment in late May and got it back yesterday. Despite them fixing some issues, they’ve caused a few others that now needs another appointment to fix. ?‍♂

If you want to get something fixed at the SC, the process is simple - put in a service request from the app. The app will show you the next available appointment and guide you through the steps of explaining the issues and attaching photos, as applicable. They may ask questions and you can respond.

The slot I am getting is 27th July

I’ve found that once you use the app for service the communication gets much better. And that’s BS about it not being a new car — in the app it asks when the problem began and you can load photos and other documentation.

I was just making the follow up appointment to fix more issues. The Plano SC’s earliest was August 1st. Decided to go with the Dallas one on July 17.

Unless it's now one-way, or that no one is responding or texting back, I still have the Message icon on my apps and hope that Service selection is still active.

With so many posts of issues and problems not just in this forum and the social media, it gives an impression that Tesla is in a big pile of shit lately.

I hope nothing goes wrong with my CT and would even be afraid to download a software update, lol.:eek:

To think, in my case, just two months ago with my pedal recall.
